About the Founder

When Joce set out to found RAD-self, she had one mission: to share the transformative power of radical self-acceptance.

After years navigating her own journey toward self-acceptance, Joce built a career in corporate psychology, helping high-achieving professionals navigate conflict, disconnection, and the challenge of balancing success with a fulfilling life. She began to see a common pattern: people struggled to define themselves and their success without measuring their lives against someone else’s.

Motherhood brought her breakthrough insight. As she navigated the competing demands of family, career, and community, Joce realized that many of the things she believed she “needed” weren’t actually her own choices—they were expectations shaped by comparison and deeply rooted beliefs about who she was supposed to be.

She realized that true self-awareness requires more than knowing yourself. It requires the courage to question the expectations and assumptions shaping who you believe you’re supposed to be.

Combining this insight with her expertise in behavior change, Joce created the RAD Method—Resilient, Aligned, Dynamic—a framework for creating meaningful, sustainable change through a stronger relationship with yourself.

Today, Joce uses RAD to help people move beyond comparison and expectation and create lives that feel authentically their own—more resilient, aligned, and joyful.
